4's Annual Mitten Mitzvah Project

Please help the Dubonim 4’s class with their Mitten Mitzvah Project. Now that it is winter, the class learned that animals are migrating south, hibernating or adapting to the colder weather but, as children, they need to dress for winter weather so that they can play outdoors. They are learning about chessed (acts of kindness) and would like to help our neighbors in need and are collecting new or gently used children's mittens to donate to the Interfaith Works Clothing Center. The children have made signs to hang around the school and are going to all of the classrooms, spreading the word. Please help them by delivering donations to the bin outside of classrooms 308 or to the school office.

They will be accepting donations until Thursday, January 24th.
