Apples & Honey for Rosh Hashanah

With Rosh Hashanah coming in October this year, we were able to spend a lot of time preparing for the holiday. Over the past several weeks, the children have been exploring, investigating, tasting and learning all about apples and honey. From our youngest children learning about the colors of red, yellow and green to our oldest group learning how honey is made, everyone is fully immersed in the sweet taste of the new year.
